  • Freezing Green Onions

    I looooove green onions!! They are relatively inexpensive to buy and very easy to grow.  Unfortunately they don't keep very long.  This method of freezing the green onions has worked very well for me!

  • Freezing Mushrooms

    Can you freeze mushrooms?  Yes, you absolutely can!  And they work wonderfully in stir-fries, pastas and soups, among other things!
